What is an e-ticket?
The e-ticket or electronic ticket is one that does not need to be issued on paper. The information regarding your trip is stored electronically and you don't need the paper itself to travel. An e-ticket is very practical for the passenger as well as the airline, and is ideal when purchasing over the phone or by Internet. To travel, you only need to present the code given to you at time of purchase along with your ID or passport.

How will my ticket be issued to me? Is there an issuing fee?
Tickets, given that they are electronic, are given at the time of check in at the airport. There is no additional cost.

What if I already have my ticket and I want to make a change?
