La Pampa

Geographically, La Pampa is a zone that embarks a grand area
of the Buenos Aires´ province. In the south you will find
Entre Ríos, Santa Fe and Córdoba. In the north La Pampa and in
the east San Luis.
Originally La Pampa was herbaceous without trees. It extends
about 435 thousand square miles and at the present time it is
a eminently agricultural and livestock region.
In this zone the known estancias (cattle
ranches) predominate. These farming establishments have
a main characteristic in offering personal attention to lodging
and the opportunity to participate in the daily activities of
the country life: trapping livestock, cattle branding, milking
cows, shearing sheep, observing the breaking-in or taming of a
horse, a jam session with guitars and folk dances all accompanied
with traditional Creole barbecues.
